If you are new to Twitter and wondering how on earth to keep up with all of the incredible information being shared in this social marketing mecca, I highly recommend the TweetDeck. You can use the Tweetdeck to organize your Twitter streams so that you are able to ‘listen to’ those you most want to hear. For example, I have the millionaire Internet marketers in one stream, my business associates in another, and the ‘rest’ in a third group. This way I don’t miss something big and can quickly respond to a business associates tweet.
Tweet, twit, stream… what? Twitter is fun and addictive! I have learned TONS in a very short time. The ‘tweets’ of the master marketers are somehow more revealing than their emails… perhaps because they are just talking amongst themselves.

Hi Melanie, great website and excellent suggestions for staying on top of the Twitter Marketing game. I use all of the tools you mentioned above for exactly the same reasons.
The only thing I don’t like about TweetDeck is that it’s very resource hungry, so I can’t have it open all day long (which is probably a good thing anyway, to minimise distractions).
