You must do these 2 things, or Quit MLM
I’m sorry to be the bearer of that news, but sincerely, there are no shortcuts! I am surprised at the number of people who join an opportunity but do nothing at all to become good at the business they started!
Just because your investment to start your network marketing business was relatively small doesn’t mean you do not have a ‘real’ business.
If you want to be successful, you must become an avid student of the trade. First, you must become an effective communicator.
#1 Skill : Effective Communication
If you want to call yourself a successful network marketer, then you absolutely must get over yourself and your phone fear and just get it done, already. You must have effective communication skills in order to succeed here. The last I checked, none of us were born networkers, and we all must start somewhere. Fortunately, the training is in place.
You must become an avid student of a master.
I love Dani Johnson’s Work at Home Profit Zone because there are literally hundreds of hours of FREE audio training on prospecting, closing and success principles that you can plug into. This is where I go if I have a question! I literally go into her archives and look for an audio training she has done that gives me a solution.
The Work at home Profit Zone is the FREE training I plug my team into. If they are truly timid- they start from the very beginning. If someone has no problem inviting, but has no one signing up – I send them to the closing calls. I send them back in, and often – reminding them that you MUST seek consistent improvement. You must be a student, and then apply what you learn on a massive scale.
Some people cannot ‘take’ Dani, and that’s ok, I guess… but people, sometimes you have to stop being right in order to become rich!

…the list goes on. The point is, you should be a student, always learning and applying. In fact, I must give a word of caution- do not get stuck in the training rut. You do not want to be a professional trainer… you want to be a home based business owner, a successful business person. Therefore, you must actually make the calls… connect with the humans to expose your business. Not willing to do that?
Quit now.
Do not pursue a network marketing business. It is not for you.
Go with an affiliate business model instead. There are plenty of excellent ones out there. There are those that provide solutions to network marketers, like Magnetic Sponsoring and The Renegade System. Then there are many, many more ways that you can work a straight affiliate program, selling others products. I love the Wealthy Affiliate program for straight training on how to get that done.
Seriously, if you aren’t willing to put in the time and effort to get good on the phone, then stop the MLM madness and simply work as an affiliate.
Not everyone is cut out for our kind of work… Not everyone is willing to put in the time for personal development that it takes to network successfully. Networkers are kind of a peculiar bunch!
That ruffle some feathers? I sure hope so! I sincerely hope more of you will invest in yourself and learn the art of Sponsoring.
Seriously, there are no shortcuts. If you want a microwave business – to buy into your MLM and for it to be super easy… Sorry. It doesn’t work that way.
#2 Skill: Marketing
You must invest the time to learn how to either call quality leads, or generate your own. Generating your own is time consuming and will require you to develop SKILL to do it! And folks, it takes WORK. This doesn’t come free.
One of the best step by step tutorials I have seen for learning to generate your own quality leads through attraction marketing is Marketing Merge. They have a fully FREE membership that will take you from zero to hero!
Of course, my newsletter is chock-full of ways I generate leads. The point is, you need to take all out massive action. You must work to learn this skill set and generate many prospects on a daily basis if you expect to win. A trickle won’t do it- you must STUFF your pipeline. If I don’t have enough self-generated leads coming in, I dial for dollars! I am not one to sit back and work my business in a half hearted manner. I will call quality home business opportunity seeker leads using the Phoneburner system and I’ll invite put 5-10 people into the pipeline in an hour.
It’s called WORK folks. NetWORK marketing. Work done once that pays over and over again and can make you NOW money while you are building RESIDUAL WEALTH.
It may be a product of the websites we use these days that make our businesses appear so darn easy… but I hope I dispelled that notion from those of you who thought you were buying an investment or a lottery ticket. You are in business, act like it and you WILL WIN.
Do yourself a favor- read Secrets of the Millionaire Mind TODAY. Then begin to actually WORK your business tomorrow. Treat this like the opportunity it is- a way to create financial freedom for your family.
Do you SEE it? Can you IMAGINE that scenario? That your home-based business creates enough income that you are financially free. If you can’t imagine it, it cannot manifest. You will not put forth the massive determined action that is necessary to WIN if you cannot see yourself as successful. Fix your money blueprint today – then let the inspired action flow!

I am so glad I read your email today ,like so many people out there we all get bombarded with emails about so many opportunities and free this and what ever .
I have been networking for 10 yrs .I class myself as an average leader in the field and have built 3 business ,but still not enough income to say I can do it full time and give away my day JOB.
I heve a a health business that is loosing members monthly.
My upline sponsor and a few leaders are the pioneers in a system we believe will help many struggling net workersand businesses.
You hit the nail on the head saying about if you cannot do those 2 things then Quit now .I love networking and with this new system we can help with getting MLM back to where it should be .Helping people earn a passive income .
I have a very strong passion for the networking concept as I have seen it work for some and fail for others .

These are very direct and to the point on what network marketers
in todays world must do as fail in one and you fall flat broke and
out of business. Be your own BOSS, sounds easy, in reality, communications is critical in any business or fail.
Second, your product. Does it have value? Most people hesitate
as I see even in the big chain stores, Walmart, Sears, Home Depot and so on, if one product is 50 cents cheaper and does less than half the job as the other product the customer usually
puts it in their cart then proceeds to check out.
In closing, that customer goes home, uses the purchased product,
and finds that just before the job is done the product of less quality fails, Thus, the job goes unfinished and back to the store
they go wasting time and money, get the point.
MLM marketers face that same propect, if your skills along with
your product are not of quality then as many before you have
learned the cold hard facts soon the sign comes out, GONE OUT
OF BUSINESS!
